Help make the world more hospitable
The hospitality industry is uniquely human, and it deserves technology that’s just as inspiring as the people behind it. At Mews, we’re transforming the industry with a platform that helps hotels run smarter, move faster and create better guest experiences.
You’ll work with smart, curious people who care deeply about what they do. You’ll have autonomy and the trust to make good decisions and move quickly. And you’ll enjoy a real sense of purpose as you see the impact of what we’re building.
If you’re motivated by ownership, curiosity and meaningful impact, and are driven to deliver consistent high performance, you’ll feel at home here.
About the role
Let's get into the specifics. It’s impossible to capture every nuance of a role – especially at a rapidly growing company like Mews – but if we had to distil it into a job description (which we do because this is a job description), it would be this:
This is a high-visibility, high-impact role at the heart of Mews' growth engine. As our Senior CRO Manager, you'll own the end-to-end experimentation programme that drives qualified leads and pipeline for our sales team, with mews.com as your primary canvas. You'll work in a close-knit triad with our Web Analytics Manager and an external agency, partnering across SEO, Paid Media, Lifecycle, PMM, and Campaigns to turn data into measurable conversion lifts. This is not a side-of-desk role: CRO is your entire remit, and this is an exciting development opportunity for the right candidate to help us meet our ambitious growth targets
✅ Your mission, should you choose to accept it:
Build and own a company-wide experimentation program spanning website, acquisition channels, creative, messaging, and end-to-end funnel touchpoints.
Lead comprehensive website CRO efforts, including running structured A/B and multivariate tests, and driving measurable lifts in lead quality and conversion rates.
Partner cross-functionally with SEO, Paid Media, Lifecycle, PMM, and Campaigns teams to diagnose friction points and improve conversion performance across all traffic sources.
Analyze user behavior, onsite journeys, funnel performance, and qualitative/quantitative signals to uncover growth opportunities and prioritize high-impact experiments.
Work closely with engineers, web developers, UX, and design teams to implement tests, validate hypotheses, and ship high-quality enhancements at speed.
Build and maintain a clear CRO roadmap, including test design, success metrics, tooling, and documentation of learnings for cross-team visibility.
Introduce new experimentation frameworks, automation, and tooling (e.g., A/B platforms, heatmaps, analytics) to scale CRO maturity and improve testing velocity.
Translate insights into actionable recommendations that influence creative, content, product marketing, and acquisition strategies.
🤝 You’ll be a great fit if you bring a few of the below with you:
5+ years of hands-on experience owning CRO, growth experimentation, or web performance optimization programs as your core specialism — not as a side project.
Proven track record designing, running, and scaling A/B and multivariate testing programs across websites and acquisition channels, with clear, measurable KPI impact.
Strong analytical skills and experience using tools across web analytics, behavioral analytics, heat-mapping, CRO, experimentation, and data visualization, such as GA4, Mixpanel, Amplitude, Hotjar, FullStory, Optimizely, VWO, or equivalent platforms.
Solid understanding of performance marketing, SEO, lifecycle flows, and how traffic quality influences conversion behavior.
Experience collaborating closely with engineers, web developers, UX/design teams, and cross-functional marketing stakeholders.
Ability to turn data insights and UX principles into clear hypotheses, test plans, and practical recommendations that drive measurable impact.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence without authority across product, marketing, and technical teams
Curious, commercially driven, and comfortable with AI-enabled workflows
