Key Responsibilities

Make accurate, consistent, and well-reasoned decisions regarding content removal, account suspension, and user safety interventions in line with established trust and safety frameworks.

Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including policy, legal, and engineering departments to refine content moderation guidelines and improve safety protocols.

Document and report recurring trends, emerging risks, and systemic issues to support continuous improvement of trust and safety operations across social media channels.

Provide timely feedback and recommendations to improve the quality and consistency of content review processes for German-language markets.

Maintain a high standard of mental resilience and professional judgement when handling sensitive, distressing, or complex content as part of daily social media moderation duties.
