What You Bring to the Table as a CNC Machinist and Programmer
High school diploma or equivalent required
Technical training or certification in CNC machining preferred
Minimum 2+ years of CNC machining, programming, or operator experience required
Strong knowledge of CNC lathes, mills, and related tooling
Ability to troubleshoot equipment and escalate repairs as needed
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety
Ability to stand for 8-10 hours per shift
Program, set up, and operate CNC lathes and/or milling machines
Machine a variety of materials, including single-piece and small-batch production
Perform quality inspections to identify defects and ensure specifications are met
Conduct routine machine maintenance and troubleshoot common CNC issues
Safely operate tools, equipment, and machinery in a production environment
Manage priorities to maintain workflow and production continuity
Support continuous improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives
