Duties
- Assist clients in buying, selling, and leasing residential or commercial properties by providing expert guidance throughout the transaction process
- Negotiate offers and terms to ensure favorable outcomes for clients while maintaining compliance with Fair Housing regulations and real estate law
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote listings across various channels, including digital platforms and community outreach
- Conduct property showings, open houses, and market analyses to attract potential buyers or tenants
- Manage administrative tasks such as preparing contracts, tracking transactions, and maintaining accurate records in accordance with legal standards
- Communicate effectively with clients, lenders, inspectors, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth transactions
- Stay informed about local market trends, property management practices, and regulatory updates to provide current and accurate advice
Experience
- Valid real estate license in good standing with relevant licensing authorities
- Proven experience in real estate sales or property management is highly preferred
- Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully
- Excellent marketing abilities with familiarity in digital advertising and social media promotion
- Multilingual or bilingual capabilities are a plus for serving diverse client bases
- Demonstrated customer service excellence with exceptional communication skills
- Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations, real estate law, and administrative procedures related to property transactions
