WHO WE ARE 🌍

Creating content that resonates is great — turning that attention into growth is even better. That's what Manychat does.

Our AI-powered automations help creators and brands engage with audiences across Instagram, Messenger, WhatsApp, and TikTok — at the right moment, with the right message, minus the manual work.

We're 400+ people across three continents behind the leading platform for conversational growth, with AI skills shaping how we build, how we work, and how we grow.

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR 🌟

We’re looking for someone to bring AI to life across our entire Marketing org, not in theory, but in the day-to-day work of every marketer on the team.

You’ll sit embedded within Marketing, reporting to the Head of Marketing Operations and partnering closely with the CMO. Your mandate is broad and exciting: spot where AI and automation can unlock the most value, then build the systems, and the team capability, to capture it. You’ll decide what’s worth automating, design how it works, and turn a team of talented marketers into a team that builds and ships with AI by default.

This is a builder’s role with an enabler’s heart. One week you’re prototyping an agentic workflow that collapses a process from days to minutes; the next you’re sitting with a sub-team turning their biggest headache into something AI just handles. If you’ve been waiting for a role where “make us an AI-first marketing org” is the actual job description, this is it.

YOUR FUTURE TEAMMATES đź‘‹

Meet the Marketing team:

We're the voice of Manychat. A voice that's loud, creative, opinionated, and weird in the best possible way. We combine passion, data, and storytelling to cut through the noise and fuel mad growth.

WHAT YOU'LL DO 🚀

Lead AI enablement across Marketing

Become the person the team turns to for “could AI do this?” and the one who makes the answer yes

Coach and upskill marketers across every sub-team so they use AI and automation confidently in their daily work, raising the whole org’s AI literacy

Run regular working sessions with sub-teams to surface high-value use cases, then prioritize the ones worth building

Champion an experiment-first culture: test AI-driven approaches, measure what works, and scale the wins

Build the systems that make it real

Design and ship AI-powered and automated workflows, building and maintaining automations, implementing MCPs, and working within GitHub repos and Claude.md configurations

Map customer data across our stack (Braze, our data warehouse, ad platforms) so information flows cleanly and stays consistent, including understanding Braze’s consumer event structure and the journeys it powers

Set up, QA, and validate conversion events and tracking across Google, Meta, and TikTok

Build the connective tissue between our tools so the whole team moves faster

Measure and prove the impact

Define success metrics tied to PLG outcomes: acquisition, free-to-paid conversion, and time-to-value

Report efficiency gains and funnel improvements back to marketing leadership

Build feedback loops that connect product usage data back into campaign targeting and segmentation

Partner across the business

Work closely with Product, Data, and Growth so product signals flow cleanly into marketing systems

Translate business problems from non-technical stakeholders into scalable solutions

Share learnings widely so AI capability compounds across the org

WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE 🎯

In your first 90 days:

You’ve successfully onboarded into the Manychat universe

You've audited the current self-serve funnel and mapped the key drop-off points where AI or automation could move the needle

You've shipped your first working automation; however small (an n8n workflow or a cleaned-up field mapping between tools)

You’ve developed a framework for identifying and prioritizing future projects

You’ve built the working relationships across the business needed to operate cross-functionally

TO SHINE IN THIS ROLE đź’Ą

You’ll need:

5-8+ years in marketing, with deep, hands-on knowledge of the modern marketing tool stack

A builder’s track record: you’ve created working automations yourself, not just specified them. Comfortable in tools like n8n, implementing MCPs, working within GitHub repos and Claude.md, and writing lightweight scripts or API integrations

A strong grasp of customer data: Braze’s consumer event structure, customer journey and event-field mapping, mapping fields between tools, and validating conversion events across Google, Meta, and TikTok

A natural enabler’s instinct: you love making other people better at their jobs and can teach technical concepts without making anyone feel small

Strong product sense and a bias toward shipping over deliberating

A proven ability to operate cross-functionally and earn trust across the business

An adaptive, fast-learning mindset, you get to ~80% capability quickly and are highly coachable

It would be great if you have:

Direct experience at a PLG com…
