What You'll Do

  • Deliver an exceptional patient experience by welcoming patients and managing front desk operations.
  • Coordinate phone calls, appointment check-ins, messages, and patient intake.
  • Maintain accurate electronic medical records and confidential documentation.
  • Support the clinical team with administrative tasks, intake paperwork, vitals, and medication distribution as directed.
  • Collect and prepare urine drug screen specimens for laboratory testing.
  • Monitor office inventory, order supplies, and maintain a clean, organized, and professional environment.
  • Ensure HIPAA compliance and protect confidential patient information.

What We're Looking For

  • 1–2 years of experience in a medical office, healthcare, administrative, or customer service role.
  • Strong computer skills, including Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.
  • Exceptional communication, organization, and multitasking abilities.
  • Professional, polished, and customer-focused with excellent attention to detail.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred, especially in Psychology, Behavioral Health, Public Health, or a related field.
  • Experience in behavioral health or a medical office is a plus.
