Overview

OCEAN PRIME is seeking a SERVER to join our team! We are Great People Delivering Genuine Hospitality. The role’s purpose is to create “Raving Fans” among associates, guests, purveyors, partners, and the communities in which we operate. The position emphasizes putting associates first with a positive attitude, a creative mindset, and a team mentality.

Responsibilities

• Reports to work on time as indicated on the work schedule; maintains a uniform that meets restaurant requirements, cleans and keeps it in good condition; practices positive personal hygiene and cleanliness habits during all shifts.
• Exemplifies hospitality standards; answers guest questions about the restaurant; handles requests and complaints prioritizing guest satisfaction.
• Cooperates with management and co‑workers to assist with duties when needed; communicates suggestions for improvement positively.
• Follows all national, state, and local safety, health, and sanitation guidelines; reports potentially unsafe conditions and uses materials and equipment properly.
• Knows emergency procedures in the restaurant.
• Performs all duties and maintains knowledge of all standards and procedures as stated in the associate handbook.
