Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations of the property, including maintenance, safety protocols, and tenant relations
  • Coordinate and supervise maintenance activities, ensuring timely repairs and preventative upkeep using CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) tools
  • Manage facilities systems such as HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning), electrical systems—including high voltage and low voltage equipment—and mechanical components
  • Supervise maintenance technicians and contractors, providing leadership and guidance to ensure high standards of work quality
  • Review schematics, technical manuals, and electrical/mechanical diagrams to troubleshoot issues effectively
  • Implement project management strategies for renovations or upgrades, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inspections, and compliance using CMMS software
  • Ensure adherence to safety regulations related to industrial maintenance, electrical systems, high voltage safety procedures, and facilities management standards

Skills

  • Strong management skills with proven experience supervising teams in facilities or industrial environments
  • Extensive knowledge of programmable logic controllers (PLCs), schematics, and electrical systems—both high voltage and low voltage—used in manufacturing or industrial settings
  • Mechanical expertise with a solid understanding of HVAC systems, industrial maintenance practices, and troubleshooting techniques
  • Proficiency in using Ohmmeters for electrical testing and diagnostics
  • Familiarity with maintenance management software (CMMS) for scheduling repairs and tracking assets
  • Excellent project management abilities to coordinate multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining quality standards
  • Leadership qualities with the ability to motivate teams and foster a collaborative work environment
  • Fluency in English with strong communication skills to document procedures clearly and interact effectively with team members and stakeholders
