Remote Recruitment is hiring a Contracts Administrator for our UK-based clients. This is a fully remote position offering South African professionals an excellent opportunity to work with leading UK employers from home. You will work UK business hours and join a supportive, fast-growing team.
Key Responsibilities
Draft, review and negotiate commercial contracts, NDAs and service agreements
Maintain the contracts register and proactively monitor renewal and expiry dates
Ensure all agreements comply with company policies and flag legal or commercial risks
Support the legal and commercial team in contract negotiations with clients and suppliers
Archive executed contracts and maintain an organised document management system
Provide regular reporting on contract status, obligations and upcoming renewals
Requirements
3+ years of contracts administration or commercial contracts experience
Strong understanding of contract law principles and commercial terms
Exceptional attention to detail and high-quality written communication skills
Proficient in document management systems and Microsoft Office
Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple contracts simultaneously
