What You'll Do

  • Answer incoming phone calls and assist customers professionally
  • Schedule service appointments
  • Respond to text messages and emails
  • Create and organize customer files
  • Assist with invoicing and administrative paperwork
  • Follow up with customers after service
  • Help manage calendars and technician schedules
  • Keep digital records organized
  • Assist with social media and basic marketing tasks
  • Support day-to-day office operations

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Microsoft Office
