Maintenance Technician - Stone Cliff

We are looking for a Maintenance Technicia n for our Stone Cliff Apartments in Aurora, CO !

The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for completing work order requests, which may require patching of drywall, basic electrical, basic appliance repair, plumbing and grounds keeping duties. The ideal candidate will have experience in all trades and be very customer service focused.

Qualifications

Prefer at least 2 years experience in apartment maintenance on 200 unit property!

Experience in all trades (plumbing, electrical, a/c, etc.) a must!

Customer service attitude, flexibility and the ability to work in a team environment are key to making this position a success!

Reliable transportation is a MUST!

Availability to work on-call rotation.

Compensation and Benefits

$24-26/hour DOE
