Store Manager Position
The Store Manager will immerse themselves fully into our brand, culture, and product, delivering exceptional customer experiences on the sales floor. They will coach and manage a team comprising Assistant Store Managers, Sales Leads, and Sales Associates, driving sales and fostering a high‑performance environment.

Co‑coach and inspire the sales team, fostering accountability and providing real‑time feedback to empower the team in achieving KPI goals. Craft loyal fans by authentically engaging and fostering lasting connections beyond transactions. Build a network and bring the best talent into Pandora through seasonal and core hiring for Assistant Store Managers, Sales Associates, and Sales Leads. Partner with the Divisional Sales Manager and Human Resources team to identify and resolve performance issues and policy violations. Ensure the timely implementation of visual merchandising directives, efficient operational processes, and continuous talent development. Perform all other duties as assigned. Qualifications Results‑oriented leader with 3‑5 years of Store Manager experience in a high‑performance selling environment. Strong written and verbal communication skills with a sense of care. Ability to charm and captivate an audience, connecting with people at all levels of the organization. Sharp business acumen coupled with analytical thinking, delivering positive results. Talent magnet skilled in recruiting, retaining, and developing exceptional teams, with succession planning and internal mobility experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 Suite and retail point‑of‑sale systems. Minimum age 18 years, able to provide proof of identity and eligibility to work. Flexible work schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays; able to stand extended periods, lift 50+ pounds, and arrive to work on time.
