ReconCraft is seeking an experienced Supply Chain Manager to lead all aspects of supply chain operations at our Clackamas, Oregon manufacturing facility. This position is responsible for overseeing procurement, purchasing, shipping, receiving, inventory control, kitting, warehouse operations, supplier management, and Government Property accountability in support of commercial and Department of Defense maritime programs. The ideal candidate is a strategic leader with extensive manufacturing supply chain experience and a proven ability to optimize material flow, inventory accuracy, supplier performance, and production readiness.

Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):

Lead all supply chain operations, including purchasing, shipping, receiving, inventory management, inspection, warehousing, and kitting.

Develop and execute procurement strategies supporting production schedules and program requirements.

Manage ERP/MRP-driven purchasing, Bills of Material (BOMs), material planning, inventory levels, and reorder points.

Oversee supplier selection, negotiations, pricing, contracts, delivery performance, and strategic supplier relationships.

Manage inventory accuracy through cycle counting, physical inventories, variance analysis, and corrective actions.

Direct receiving, inspection, storage, material handling, and kitting operations to support manufacturing schedules.

Manage DMSMS (Diminishing Manufacturing Sources and Material Shortages), obsolescence planning, and long-lead procurement.

Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, FAR, DFARS, Government Property, ITAR/EAR, and hazardous material regulations.

Monitor supply chain performance metrics including inventory turns, on-time delivery, fill rates, purchase price variance (PPV), and inventory record accuracy.

Lead Government Furnished Property (GFP/GFE) accountability and material traceability requirements.

Supervise and develop supply chain, warehouse, purchasing, and inventory personnel.

Identify continuous improvement opportunities that increase efficiency, reduce costs, and improve production support.

Essential Job Qualifications and Requirements:

Education and Certifications:

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Operations, Logistics, or related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience)

Required Experience and Skills:

Minimum 10 years of supply chain, procurement, purchasing, or materials management experience within a manufacturing environment

Demonstrated experience managing:

Purchasing

Shipping Receiving

Inventory Control

Warehouse Operations

Kitting

Supplier Management

Experience with ERP/MRP systems and BOM-driven procurement

Strong understanding of inventory management, cycle counting, forecasting, and cost control

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite

Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications

Government contracting or defense manufacturing experience

Experience supporting maritime or vessel manufacturing programs

Knowledge of FAR, DFARS, Government Property regulations, and counterfeit parts prevention

APICS CPIM, CSCP, or ISM CPSM certification

Experience with DMSMS and lifecycle material planning

Knowledge of OSHA and ISO 9001 quality systems

Physical Requirements

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and work in a heavy manufacturing environment

Ability to work extended hours as required to support production schedules

Working Conditions

Office and heavy industrial manufacturing environment

Fast-paced production environment supporting multiple government and commercial programs
