Insurance Agent/CSR

Job Summary:

We are seeking a licensed Insurance Agent or CSR preferably bilingual (Spanish) to join our team. As an Insurance Agent, you will be responsible for analyzing insurance policies, negotiating with clients, and providing exceptional customer service. Your primary goal will be to sell insurance policies to individuals and businesses, ensuring their coverage meets their specific needs. Duties:

• Analyze clients' insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage options
• Market and sell insurance policies to individuals and businesses
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, providing ongoing support and assistance
• Assist clients in filing claims and provide guidance throughout the claims process
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends, regulations, and changes in insurance policies
• Communicate effectively with clients, explaining complex insurance concepts in a clear and concise manner
• Utilize telemarketing, retail sales, outside sales, and other strategies to generate leads and expand client base

Skills:

• Strong sales skills
• Excellent customer service abilities with a focus on building long-term relationships
• Ability to analyze insurance policies and determine appropriate coverage options
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
• Proficient in using technology tools such as Microsoft Office
