Floating Senior Service Technician

As a Waterton Floating Senior Service (Maintenance) Technician, you are an integral part of our mission “to provide a great place to live” for our residents.  You will help maintain the physical condition of the community and equipment according to company guidelines and standards. The Senior Service Technician conducts preventative maintenance, completes service requests, performs janitorial duties, and helps to maintain a hazard free community.
