Supporting the recruiting department, the part-time Recruiting Assistant will manage administrative tasks, assist with candidate screening, and coordinate interviews while maintaining confidentiality and data protection standards. Key responsibilities Assist with the delivery of recruiting services, including candidate identification and recruitment for open positions Coordinate interview schedules, reporting dates, and employment processing while maintaining accurate recruitment activity reports Support remote recruiters in conducting candidate due diligence and perform in-person evaluation interviews as needed Required qualifications BA degree required or related professional experience in an office environment Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Strong organizational skills and judgment to manage simultaneous priorities effectively Effective relationship-building and interpersonal skills with a track record of consistent leadership Aptitude to learn quickly and adapt to multiple subject matters
