Industrial Security Manager

SciTec has an immediate opportunity for an experienced Industrial Security Manager. Our ideal candidate will be responsible for effectively managing our Princeton team, developing policies and procedures, and working collaboratively with the Security Site Managers and site FSOs to develop and implement a comprehensive company-wide security program.

Responsibilities

Manage and lead a diverse security team while supporting their optimal performance and growth

Develop and implement comprehensive security policies, procedures, and practices

Ensure compliance with government regulations, personnel access, and physical security standards

Collaborate with IT and IA teams to implement cybersecurity measures and monitor for cyber threats and incidents

Drive security compliance with risk management methodologies and industry best practices

Other duties as assigned
