Education Requirements• Bachelor's degree in Clinical Laboratory Science or a related field, or an equivalent allied health degree along with ASCP/AMT certification preparation.

Required Certifications• ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS), to be obtained within one year of employment.
