What You’ll Do
- Provide direct nursing care.
- Implement and monitor patient care plans.
- Monitor, record, and communicate patients’ conditions.
- Note and carry out physician and nursing orders.
- Assess and coordinate patients’ discharge needs.
Requirements
Education:
- Graduate from an accredited school of professional nursing (ADN or BSN program)
Experience:
- 2+ years of recent experience in an acute care setting for external applicants
- Internal applicants with less than 2 years’ experience may be considered with approval
Licenses & Certifications:
- Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification required
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certifications within one year of hire preferred
