VP Fund Finance

• Manage and oversee a portfolio of alternative investment vehicles and related client structures.
• Partner with internal teams on the onboarding of new business initiatives, product launches, and operational implementations.
• Review governing documents, offering materials, and operational due diligence information for new investment structures, providing input on financial and operational considerations.
• Oversee periodic valuation and investor reporting processes, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and adherence to established service standards.
• Review and approve cash flow analyses, investor allocation calculations, and related communications prepared by internal teams and external service providers.
• Participate in senior-level meetings with internal stakeholders, clients, and external partners to support business objectives and strategic initiatives.
• Collaborate with technology and product teams to identify opportunities for process improvements, automation, and operational efficiency.
• Monitor adherence to governing agreements, internal policies, and applicable regulatory or contractual requirements.
• Oversee the preparation and review of annual financial reporting and audit-related deliverables in accordance with relevant accounting standards.
• Coordinate the production of recurring and ad hoc reports, working closely with finance, legal, compliance, and other stakeholders to meet business and reporting requirements.
• Provide leadership, guidance, and oversight to team members, supporting professional development and operational excellence.
