Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Residential Plumber to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing plumbing systems within residential properties. Duties

• Install, repair, and maintain residential plumbing systems including water supply lines, drainage systems, and fixtures using hand tools and power tools
• Interpret technical drawings, schematics, blueprints, and construction plans to accurately execute plumbing projects
• Conduct plumbing inspections using cameras and other diagnostic tools to identify issues and ensure system integrity
• Perform pipe threading, welding, and assembly tasks to create durable plumbing connections in line with safety standards
• Adhere to local building codes and regulations during all phases of installation and repair work
• Utilize construction site experience to coordinate with other trades such as carpentry and HVAC for seamless project execution
• Perform remodeling tasks related to plumbing systems, including fixture replacements and system upgrades while maintaining high standards of craftsmanship

Skills

• Extensive construction experience with a focus on plumbing installation and repair in residential settings
• Proficiency in construction plumbing techniques including pipe threading, welding, schematics reading, and blueprint interpretation
• Mechanical knowledge of water systems, HVAC integration, and plumbing system maintenance
• Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, plumbing inspection cameras, and pipe threading equipment
• Ability to interpret technical drawings, schematics, and blueprints accurately for precise installations
• Strong understanding of local building codes and safety regulations governing residential plumbing work
• Experience with remodeling projects involving plumbing system assembly and handyman tasks such as fixture installation or system upgrades
• Capable of heavy lifting and performing physically demanding tasks on construction sites while maintaining safety standards
• Familiarity with carpentry skills for framing or supporting plumbing infrastructure as needed
• Basic math skills for measurements, calculations, and interpreting technical specifications
• Knowledge of schematics related to mechanical systems including HVAC components

Pay: $24.25 - $35.23 per hour
