Key Responsibilities

Review, assess, and moderate user-generated content submitted to social media platforms in the Greek language, ensuring full compliance with platform community guidelines and policies.

Identify, flag, and action content that violates terms of service, including but not limited to hate speech, misinformation, graphic content, spam, and harassment.

Utilise internal moderation tools and workflows to process high volumes of social media content accurately and efficiently within defined timeframes.

Escalate complex or sensitive content cases to senior moderation specialists or trust and safety teams in accordance with established protocols.

Maintain a thorough and up-to-date understanding of evolving social media platform policies, cultural nuances, and regulatory requirements relevant to the Greek-speaking market.

Document and log moderation decisions with precision, contributing to quality assurance reporting and ongoing team performance metrics.

Participate in regular training sessions, calibration exercises, and team briefings to ensure consistent application of content standards across the moderation team.

Provide constructive feedback and insights to help improve moderation processes, content policies, and user experience on social media platforms.
