Position Overview
Russell Marine is looking for a friendly, organized, and customer-focusedReceptionist to join our team. This role serves as the first point of contactfor many of our customers and plays an important part in creating a positiveexperience at our dealership.
Key Responsibilities
Greet customers as theyarrive and assist them with general questions
Answer and directincoming phone calls in a professional and courteous manner
Assist customers in thePro Shop with watersports accessories and merchandise
Process payments forservice work and other transactions
Help maintain a clean,organized showroom and front office area
Support team memberswith general administrative and customer service tasks as needed
Qualifications
Friendly andprofessional attitude
Strong communication andcustomer service skills
Basic computer andpoint-of-sale experience preferred
Ability to multitask andstay organized in a busy environment
Retail or receptionistexperience is a plus
