PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform visual and dimensional inspection of product ready to be moved to stock or shipped to the customer/supplier.
• Perform visual and dimensional inspection of product returning from suppliers.
• Verify all raw material and processing certifications meet JPPI/Customer requirements.
• Perform First-Article Inspection
• Create new First Article and certification packages for customer shipments.
• Perform router review/Surplus job review.
• Support calibration initiatives.
• Support and perform CMM/Keyence Inspection.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS DESIRED

• Ability to use an assortment of inspection hand tools, such as calipers, micrometers, indicators, height gages, etc.
• Ability to interpret customer blueprints and specifications.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.
• Ability to multi-task and meet deadline goals.
• Understanding of GD&T is a plus.

WORKING CONDITIONS

Working conditions are normal for a manufacturing environment. Work may require evening and weekend work.

Monday through Friday 6:00 am to 2:30 pm
