Role Description The Co Manager role is a full-time, on-site position located in Natick, MA. This role supports the Store Manager in overseeing day-to-day store operations, including opening and closing procedures, visual merchandising, inventory management, and ensuring adherence to company policies and standards. The Co Manager leads and coaches the sales team to deliver an engaging customer experience, achieve sales targets, and maintain a welcoming, inclusive store environment. Responsibilities include scheduling, training, performance feedback, and supporting recruitment efforts as needed. The Co Manager also analyzes sales reports, identifies opportunities to drive results, and collaborates with leadership to implement initiatives that align with brand guidelines and operational goals.

Qualifications

  • Retail leadership and team management skills, including experience supervising staff, providing coaching, and fostering a collaborative environment.
  • Customer service and sales skills, with a track record of achieving targets and delivering an engaging, inclusive in-store experience.
  • Operational and organizational skills, such as inventory management, cash handling, scheduling, and adherence to store policies and procedures.
  • Visual merchandising and brand presentation skills to maintain appealing displays and ensure alignment with current trends and company standards.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to give clear direction, resolve conflicts, and build positive relationships with team members and customers.
  • Problem-solving and decision-making abilities, including comfort with using sales data and reports to identify opportunities and take action.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required in a retail environment.
  • Previous experience in fashion retail or a similar customer-facing environment; supervisory experience is strongly preferred.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in business, retail management, or a related field is an asset.
