Most people join a team. You'll build one.
As the Home Guardian Branch Starter in Columbus, you are Go-Forth Pest Control's founding presence in Ohio—the person who turns a new market into a thriving operation. This isn't a role for someone who needs a playbook handed to them. It's for someone who can write one.
From day one, you'll be in the field—generating new business through door-to-door prospecting, referrals, and company-generated leads while simultaneously delivering licensed pest control and termite services to a growing customer base. You'll operate with a high degree of autonomy, establish the foundational processes that will carry the branch forward, and lay the groundwork for a team that will one day grow around you.
This role demands someone who is equal parts salesperson, skilled technician, and natural leader. You'll need to earn the trust of Columbus homeowners one door, one service, and one protected home at a time—because the reputation you build in this market is the foundation everything else gets built on.
What this role requires:
- Active Ohio pesticide applicator license — required before start date
- Proven field sales experience, including door-to-door prospecting
- Ability to perform licensed pest control and termite services independently
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the drive to build something from the ground up
- Self-motivated, highly organized, and comfortable operating with autonomy
This is a rare opportunity to own a market, shape a culture, and grow alongside the business you help create. If you're the kind of person who sees an empty territory and sees possibility — Columbus is waiting.
We got you – Go-Forth: Your home's guardian.
