Residential Property Management & Leasing Coordinator Description:

Beman Real Estate Group is seeking an experienced Residential Property Management & Leasing Coordinator to support the daily operations of our growing residential portfolio.

The ideal candidate is organized, professional, customer-focused, and experienced in residential property management and leasing.

This role is responsible for supporting occupancy goals, fostering positive resident relationships, coordinating day‑to‑day property operations, and assisting with marketing initiatives that drive leasing success.

Responsibilities Manage leasing activities including responding to inquiries, scheduling tours, conducting follow-up, and processing applications.

Assist with lease preparation, renewals, move‑ins, and move‑outs.

Serve as a primary point of contact for residents, providing exceptional customer service and timely communication.

Coordinate maintenance requests and communicate with residents and vendors throughout the process.

Maintain accurate resident records and documentation within AppFolio.

Support resident retention efforts and community engagement initiatives.

Assist with marketing efforts including social media content, online listings, email communications, and promotional campaigns.

Collaborate with the management team to maintain strong occupancy and resident satisfaction.

Qualifications 2+ years of residential property management, apartment leasing, or related real estate experience.

Strong customer service and communication skills.

Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain attention to detail.

Experience with AppFolio or similar property management software (preferred).

Professional, positive, and solution-oriented mindset.

Experience with social media and marketing platforms (plus).
