The Role
This is an execution role. The Head of Demand Generation sets the strategy. You make it happen . If you’re the type of person who needs to be told exactly what to do every day, this isn’t for you. If you’re the type who looks at a campaign plan and immediately starts figuring out how to execute it — welcome home, we want you on our team .
What You’ll Execute Day-to-Day
Email campaigns and sequences : Build, schedule, and monitor key metrics to ensure we are on target.
Content calendar: Own the publishing calendar across social, email, and the website.
Landing pages and lead magnets : build and test, track conversion rates and methodically improve conversion rates everyday.
Social media: LinkedIn, X, Meta, consistent posting tied to ICP targeting.
Campaign performance tracking: Weekly KPI dashboard updated without being asked.
Event coordination : Trade shows, conferences, webinars — logistics, materials, follow-up sequences.
Customer case studies: Identify candidates, coordinate interviews, produce written and video assets and publish publicly to be discovered.
Website updates: Content updates, landing page creation, SEO.
Graphic design: Canva or equivalent, for social, ads, one-pagers, and email assets.
