To support the growth of ambulatory healthcare client relationships, the full-time Senior Account Manager - Healthcare will manage a portfolio of existing accounts, focusing on revenue expansion through cross-selling and upselling strategies in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Own and grow a portfolio of existing ambulatory healthcare client accounts with a primary focus on revenue expansion Develop and execute cross-sell and upsell strategies aligned with company revenue and growth objectives Act as a strategic advisor to clients, aligning technology solutions to their business, operational, and compliance needs Required qualifications 8+ years of experience in Account Management, Sales, Customer Success, or revenue-focused growth roles Proven success driving revenue growth within existing client accounts Experience working with ambulatory healthcare, physician practices, outpatient clinics, or other healthcare organizations strongly preferred Strong background in cross-selling and upselling services or solutions in a B2B, MSP, or healthcare technology environment Understanding of HIPAA requirements and healthcare data standards
