Process and manage payroll accurately for all employees (multiple entities)
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations
Maintain detailed payroll records and reports
Collaborate with HR and finance teams to resolve payroll issues
Qualifications
Certified Payroll Specialist credential required
High school degree or equivalent
Experience in payroll within construction or manufacturing industries
Must have knowledge of David Bacon Act
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
