Responsibilities:

• Perform cleaning duties along assigned routes in a timely and efficient manner
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and sanitize designated areas to maintain cleanliness standards
• Collect and dispose of waste, debris, and recyclables along the route
• Operate and maintain cleaning equipment and supplies responsibly
• Report any safety hazards, maintenance issues, or irregularities to supervisors
• Follow all company protocols, safety guidelines, and sanitation procedures
• Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude while on route

Requirements:

• Prior experience in commercial cleaning, janitorial services, or route-based work preferred
• Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality cleaning standards
• Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated with the ability to work independently
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation may be required
• Ability to work early morning, evening, or weekend shifts as needed
• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
