We operate across multiple eCommerce channels, including major marketplaces and our own direct‑to‑consumer Shopify storefront. We currently service 10,000+ orders daily and support over 1,000,000+ unique customers, including brands such as Marvel, Domino’s, and Lululemon.

We are a fast‑moving, execution‑driven organization that values clarity, ownership, and continuous improvement. Our Operations & Programs (O&P) team exists to make execution predictable, scalable, and low‑friction across the company.

Reli. is headquartered in Cerritos, CA and operates on a hybrid schedule. In‑office collaboration days are Tuesday and Thursday.

We're hiring a Technical Project Manager to own delivery on cross-functional initiatives that span Product, Supply Chain, Engineering, and business teams. You'll be the connective tissue between technical and non-technical stakeholders,  translating business needs into clear scope, keeping teams aligned, and shipping outcomes on time without drama.

You will not be required to code, but we expect technical skills and aptitude to work within this environment.
