We're looking for an organized and detail-oriented Claims Coordinator to support the timely handling and resolution of customer liability and property damage claims across our convenience store and fuel station locations.

In this role, you'll coordinate claim activity, gather documentation and evidence, maintain accurate claim files, and serve as a key point of communication between internal teams, insurance carriers, and customers. You'll partner closely with the Liability Claims Manager to help ensure claims are processed efficiently and in accordance with company procedures.

What You'll Do

Process incoming liability claim assignments and ensure timely follow-up

Maintain accurate, organized, and up-to-date claim files and documentation

Collect, preserve, and maintain claim evidence, including surveillance footage and other time-sensitive records

Coordinate with internal departments, insurance carriers, and claimants to gather information needed for claim handling

Communicate claim updates and important file activity with appropriate stakeholders

Manage property damage claims from initial report through final resolution

Assist with claim-related administrative tasks and documentation as needed

Ensure claims are handled in accordance with company policies and procedures

Provide excellent customer service while maintaining professionalism in sensitive situations
