Role Overview

The Senior Account Executive, Public Sector (SLED) – West Coast will own and expand relationships within a defined named-account territory. This role is responsible for the full sales and account management lifecycle, from strategic planning and solution positioning through renewal and expansion.

This is an opportunity for a proven enterprise seller who enjoys complex solution selling, values long-term account growth, and wants to work with a product that is already deeply embedded in public sector legal workflows.

What You’ll Do

Create and execute strategic territory and account plans for state local and education customers in the West Coast region

Own the full sales cycle, including prospecting, expansion, renewals, and executive-level relationship management

Partner cross-functionally with sales engineering, customer success, and leadership teams to deliver successful outcomes

Build value-based business cases tailored to public sector customers

Conduct product demonstrations, sales presentations, and executive business reviews

Accurately manage pipeline, renewals, and forecasts in Salesforce

Act as a trusted advisor by developing deep expertise in the product, the legal technology landscape, and public sector customer needs

Consistently meet or exceed quota through disciplined execution and account expansion strategies

What We’re Looking For

5+ years of quota-carrying, full-cycle sales experience in enterprise SaaS

Demonstrated success in strategic account planning and territory management

Experience selling complex solutions that require customers to adapt workflows or business processes

Public Sector Sales Experience Strongly Preferred

Background in eDiscovery and/or legal technology required

Strong executive presence with the ability to communicate clearly, empathetically, and persuasively

Methodical, process-oriented approach to sales and account management

Self-directed, accountable, and results-driven

Compensation

This role is eligible for competitive total on-target earnings (OTE), including base salary, variable compensation, and long-term incentives.

Expected OTE Range

$179,000 – $269,000

Final compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, skill set, geographic considerations, and internal equity. Hiring at the very top of the range is not typical, allowing room for long-term growth.
