Hotel Housekeeper

We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented, and time-efficient Housekeeper to help keep our hotel clean, comfortable, and guest-ready. This role is perfect for someone who takes pride in their work, moves with purpose, and understands that consistency and efficiency are key to a great guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean and service guest rooms efficiently according to brand standards
• Change linens, make beds, and restock towels and guest amenities
• Clean bathrooms thoroughly (toilets, showers, sinks, mirrors, floors)
• Vacuum, mop, dust, and sanitize all assigned areas
• Replenish supplies and report low inventory to management
• Identify and report maintenance issues or room damages promptly
• Follow daily room assignment schedules and meet productivity goals
• Maintain cleanliness of carts, storage areas, and housekeeping equipment
• Follow all safety, sanitation, and company procedures

Time & Performance Expectations

• Complete assigned rooms within established time standards
• Maintain consistent quality while working efficiently
• Arrive on time and ready to work each scheduled shift
• Communicate clearly with supervisors about room status and priorities

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping or hotel cleaning experience preferred (but not required—we will train the right person)
• Ability to work quickly without sacrificing attention to detail
• Strong time-management and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Physically able to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 30 lbs throughout the shift
• Dependable, punctual, and professional

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Seasonal

Pay: From $16.00 per hour
