Position:Licensed HVAC Technician / Crew MemberType:Full-Time (Project-Based)Locations: Los Angeles, CA | San Diego, CA | Sacramento, CA | Fresno, CA
What You’ll Do
- Install, maintain, and repair residential and commercial HVAC systems.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot heating, ventilation, and air conditioning issues.
- Read blueprints, wiring diagrams, and equipment manuals.
- Perform preventive maintenance and routine inspections.
- Ensure all work complies with California state codes and safety standards.
- Represent Rapidfix LLC professionally on every job site.
Requirements
- Valid California HVAC-related trade license or applicable certification, as required for the role.
- EPA Certification required.
- Minimum 2+ years of HVAC service experience.
- Experience with residential and/or commercial systems.
- Valid California Driver’s License.
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
- Dependable, team-oriented, and safety-conscious.
