B - DIRECTOR OF MAINTENANCE & ENHANCEMENTS

Bedrock Landscaping is seeking an experienced Director of Maintenance and Enhancements to oversee and lead all landscape maintenance operations and enhancement projects. This position is responsible for managing field teams, ensuring high-quality service delivery, maintaining strong client relationships, improving operational efficiency, and driving growth within the maintenance and enhancements division.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership experience in the landscaping industry, a solid understanding of maintenance operations, irrigation, enhancement work, crew management, budgeting, scheduling, and customer service.
