Position: Property Manager - Apartment Community

Forest Park Apartments, 4623 NE Winn Road, Kansas City, MO 64117

Schedule

Monday‑Friday 8:00 am – 5:00 pm

Responsibilities

  • Manages and oversees all on‑site personnel
  • Oversees and fosters a great working environment for the team
  • Builds and maintains relationships with community residents
  • Ensures the property is leased at or above market occupancy
  • Captures the highest renewal rates for existing tenants
  • Posts, collects, tracks, and manages delinquency of rental and other income

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2+ years’ experience in multifamily housing
  • Experience managing a team of 3+ employees
  • Yardi experience preferred
  • CRMIQ experience a plus
  • Good computer skills with the ability to navigate various software programs
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Exceptional organizational skills

  • Competitive pay ($58,000‑$64,000 annually)
  • Quarterly bonus up to $4,800 annually
  • Monthly delinquency bonus potential of $3,600 annually
