Key Responsibilities
Provide professional, high-quality support to Dutch-speaking clients using an online payment platform, resolving account, transaction, and billing enquiries with accuracy and efficiency.
Guide customers through financial processes including payment setups, fund transfers, dispute resolutions, and account verification procedures.
Identify, investigate, and escalate potential fraudulent activity or payment irregularities in accordance with established Finance industry compliance protocols.
Ensure full adherence to financial regulations, data protection standards, and internal company policies when handling sensitive client information.
Educate Dutch-speaking users on platform features, security best practices, and available financial tools to enhance their overall experience.
Accurately document all customer interactions, case updates, and resolutions within the internal CRM system, maintaining comprehensive and compliant records.
Collaborate closely with technical support, risk management, and finance operations teams to resolve complex client issues in a timely manner.
Proactively identify trends in customer feedback and contribute insights to continuous service improvement initiatives within the Finance environment.
