Blackstone Security Services, Inc. is seeking a professional, organized, and customer-focused Receptionist / Administrative Assistant to join our growing team. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and take pride in providing exceptional customer service, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Maintain organized filing systems and company records.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings.
- Assist with data entry, reports, and general office administration.
- Support executive team with daily administrative tasks.
- Maintain office supplies and ensure the reception area is organized and welcoming.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (associate degree preferred).
- Previous receptionist or administrative experience is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
- Strong attention to detail and a positive attitude.
