Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Doral, FL, for a Security Supervisor. The Security Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing daily security operations, ensuring the safety, security and well-being of students, faculty, staff and visitors. The role involves monitoring security systems, conducting regular patrols, responding to emergencies, maintaining a safe and secure environment and support the implementation of security policies, emergency preparedness initiatives, and continuous improvement of campus safety practices.

• Supervisory Skills and Operations Management experience
• Physical Security and monitoring skills
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Ability to work independently and handle emergency situations
• Prior experience in a school or educational setting is a plus
• Associate's degree preferred. Relevant experience may substitute for formal education.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

• Experience in school security, law enforcement, military, or corporate security preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to interact professionally with parents, students, faculty, and visitors.
• Ability to remain calm and exercise sound judgment under pressure.
• Experience with CCTV, Access Control, and Alarm Systems is preferred.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
