Leasing Agent (Contractor, Commission-Based)

Homefront Property Management is looking for a motivated, self-driven Leasing Agent to join our team as an independent contractor. This is a commission-based role ideal for a licensed real estate professional who wants flexibility and uncapped earning potential while helping match great tenants with quality homes.

What you'll do:

• Show available rental properties to prospective tenants
• Respond promptly to leasing inquiries and schedule showings
• Screen applicants and guide them through the application process
• Prepare and execute lease agreements accurately and on time
• Deliver excellent customer service to prospective and current residents
• Represent Homefront Property Management professionally in the local market

What we're looking for:

• Active Tennessee Affiliate Broker license (REQUIRED)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
• Familiarity with the local Memphis-area rental market is a plus
• Prior leasing, sales, or property management experience is a plus

Compensation & terms:

• Commission-based pay - competitive and uncapped
• Independent contractor (1099) position - set your own schedule
• Ongoing support and leads from an established property management company
