Day in the life of an In-Home Services Caregiver/Home Health Aide

• Provide one‑on‑one personal care tailored to each client’s needs, ensuring they feel respected, supported, and comfortable.
• Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and mobility—helping clients feel their best and maintain dignity in their homes.
• Provide medication reminders and observe health changes under the guidance of healthcare professionals, offering peace of mind to clients and their families.
• Support transportation and mobility needs, which may include helping clients safely transfer, accompanying them to medical appointments, assisting with grocery shopping, or taking them to other important outings.

PRN (as needed) and Fulltime, serving clients 24/7 wherever they call home.

• PRN & FT:

We expect you to pick up shifts every month (Minimum of 20 hours) unless you notify us about a temporary change in your availability.

The starting pay for this position is $16.92 / hour. The starting pay rate will be based on years of experience in caring for older adults.

• Mileage Reimbursement at $0.68 per mile
