The Room Attendant role at First Hospitality is pivotal in ensuring an exceptional guest experience. Room Attendants are responsible for maintaining immaculate guest rooms and public areas, adhering strictly to brand standards to provide a welcoming and relaxing environment for hotel guests. This position demands strong attention to detail and a thorough understanding of the brand’s expectations for cleanliness and presentation. Beyond cleaning, Room Attendants actively engage with guests, building rapport, identifying needs, and addressing any concerns promptly. Their proactive approach helps prevent guest challenges by conducting inspections and communicating any maintenance issues found during their work.

This full-time role involves standing and walking frequently during shifts of 8 or more hours, requiring good physical stamina. Room Attendants must be able to lift and move objects weighing up to 30 pounds and perform various physical movements such as bending, stooping, and pivoting regularly. A crucial aspect of the job is professionalism, both in guest interactions and in adhering to safety and emergency procedures.
