HSM Solutions is looking for dependable, detail-oriented Assemblers to join our manufacturing team in Monticello, Iowa. In this hands-on role, you’ll help assemble components, parts, and finished products that meet our quality, safety, and production standards.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with their hands, takes pride in doing the job right, and wants to be part of a team-oriented manufacturing environment. Previous assembly or manufacturing experience is helpful, but not required — we’re looking for people who are reliable, safety-minded, and ready to learn.
