• Evaluate results meticulously for integrity, troubleshoot discrepancies, and carry out preventative maintenance and calibration on laboratory equipment.
• Support specimen collection efforts and prepare samples for analysis as necessary.
• Thoroughly document all processes, provide training to new staff or interns, and contribute to maintaining lab quality benchmarks.
• Uphold a clean and secure work environment, adhering to all regulatory and accreditation standards.

Educational Background

• A Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science or an equivalent allied health field alongside ASCP/AMT certification eligibility.

Certifications Required

• ASCP or AMT Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) Board Certification to be acquired within one year of employment.
• Ongoing maintenance of certification throughout your tenure.
