Major Duties and Responsibilities
Complete weekly invoice recaps
Uploading documents into various portals
Send out completed invoices
Process payable invoices booking
Process daily check requests
Monitor branch training reports
Data Entry
Monitor branch EDE report
Answer incoming calls
Sort incoming mail
Manage incoming checks
Accounting knowledge
Effective interpersonal skills, including proven abilities to listen, comprehend, effectively communicate clearly and concisely to obtain positive results
Likes to work in a team environment
Pro-active approach, strong organizational skills
Strong Attention to Detail
Good computer skills (MS Excel, MS Word)
Fluent in English
