Construction Truck Driver/Class A (Manual)

Midwest Excavating Services is seeking qualified drivers with previous experience operating commercial vehicles in the construction industry. (Manual trasnmission Experience is required) Midwest Excavating is a small, local company, in Omaha, NE that contracts with the city, county, state, federal, and private entities in the Omaha metro area. No travel is required.

Duties:

Operate Sidedump, Dump Truck, or End-dump to haul dirt, aggregate, concrete, and other construction materials to the required destination. Candidates must be able to keep an accurate and legible daily log.

Requirements:

• Previous experience driving in a construction setting
• Manual Transmission
• Valid CDL with clean MVR
• Ability to take direction and carry out duties as needed
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen and follow DOT regulations
• Mechanical and equipment experience are beneficial but not required'
