Job Responsibilities

Tailor Individualized Treatment Plans: Assess patients' needs and design custom therapy strategies aimed at achieving their functional objectives

Implement Therapeutic Techniques: Utilize research-supported methods to improve patients' motor functions, cognitive abilities, and daily living skills

Collaborate with Diverse Teams: Work closely alongside OTs, PTs, SLPs, medical practitioners, and nursing staff to guarantee comprehensive and holistic patient care

Teach Patients and Caregivers: Instruct patients and family members on therapy approaches to sustain ongoing improvement at home

Track and Document Progress: Monitor clinical outcomes and modify therapy plans as necessary, ensuring patients remain on their healing journey

Qualifications

Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited college or university

Encouragement and support for ongoing education or post-graduate certifications

Licenses & Certifications

Valid Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license

NBCOT certification required
