Driver Recruiter

To provide world-class recruiting services, the full-time Driver Recruiter will source, screen, and interview candidates for entry to mid-level positions while maintaining relationships with hiring managers and external recruiters in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Source, screen, and refer candidates to hiring managers Develop and maintain effective relationships with placement agencies and HR/business partners Ensure compliance with all legal aspects of recruiting and promote the organization as an employer of choice Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience Four or more years of experience in a related area Experience in high-volume recruitment for various positions Ability to assess staffing needs and develop effective recruiting strategies Strong judgment and decision-making skills within defined procedures
